Continually develops employees in their store to ensure the restaurant is sustaining excellent service standards.

Ensures consistent follow through with all training materials.

Evaluates employee performance and makes recommendations on coaching, counseling, and discipline of employees

Works with management to ensure the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

Provides leadership and feedback by aiding in opening and closing side work.

Manages and follows up on weekly projects and responsibilities.

Responsible for proper cash handling.

Screens potential applicants.
Requirements
-
Strong organizational and financial skills including knowledge of PC programs to support tasks
-
Two-year college degree and/or two years management or restaurant industry experience.

Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol.

Strong organizational and financial skills including knowledge of PC programs to support tasks relating to these skills.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills.

Knowledge of workplace safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures and practices.

Any applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card required by city or local agencies.
