Major responsibilities include:
· Ensures high quality service to all guests by preparing all meals accurately and efficiently.
· Responsible for approved safe operation and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
· Basic understanding of different chemical solution uses and proper labeling.
· Understands/executes proper kitchen sanitation and safety procedures.
· Communicates well with fellow teammates and Kitchen Manager. Demonstrates proper
. communication in a timely manner.
· Works with BOH and FOH crews to ensure a remarkably clean and sanitary environment.
· Supports, promotes, and practices all Flatbread policies and procedures.
· Demonstrates the importance of the food cost, portion sizes, and proper temperatures. Follows
all recipes.
· Prepares quality products following exact company specifications from the BOH builds sheets and manuals.
· Quality and consistency is a must.
· Assists with putting away orders as a team including, but not limited to proper rotation temperatures, labeling or “Day Dot”, and storage of all products.
· Exhibits respect for others with employees, vendors, and managers.
· Responsible for knowing the proper station temperatures, set up/break down and maintaining a clean work area at all time following the proper sanitation methods.
· Utilizes proper utensils at all time to eliminate cross contamination and adhere to proper flavor profile.
· Ability to remain highly organized in a high volume environment.
· Maintains a strong sense of urgency throughout the shift.
· Proper hygiene and attire is required.
